  • Experiment with AI-powered tools and automation to improve development flow.

  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and R&D mini-projects.

  • Full-time onsite role in Gliwice – learn directly from experienced backend mentors.

  • Real projects with international clients using modern technologies.

  • Access to AI and automation tools that boost your daily work.

  • A friendly team culture focused on learning, growth, and ownership.

  • Room to experiment, make mistakes, and get better every week.

  • Private medical care in LuxMed.

  • Medicover Sport – co-financed sports membership.

  • Performance-based bonuses.

  • Pet-friendly office – bring your dog to work! 🐶

  • Friday classes with a native English teacher (onsite).

Job requirements

  • 1+ year of commercial experience in backend development.

  • Solid understanding of Python fundamentals (OOP, REST APIs, Git).

  • Curiosity for learning new stacks — e.g. Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, or AI integrations.

  • A love for side projects, hackathons, or student club initiatives.

  • Problem-solving attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to explore how things work.

  • Communicative English (written and spoken).
